ABOUT
Fenro is an independent Australian publication reporting on the cost of living. I track prices, follow data from the ABS, RBA, and Australian government, and explain in plain English what everyday life actually costs in Australia — and why.
I’m not a financial adviser and I don’t tell anyone what to do with their money. I report on publicly available data and share what I find, as clearly as I can, based on my own research and understanding. Think of Fenro as a plain-English interpreter of the numbers that affect your everyday life — grocery bills, rent, energy, fuel, interest rates, and everything in between.
What Fenro covers
- Cost of living in Australia — what things actually cost and why prices are moving
- Grocery bills, energy costs, rent, fuel, and everyday expenses explained with real data
- RBA interest rate decisions and what they mean for ordinary Australians
- Government payments, Medicare, and services — what you’re entitled to
- Superannuation explained in plain English
- Cost of living comparisons across Australian cities
Who runs Fenro
I’m Shubh, based in Sydney. I created Fenro because I wanted a place that just reports the real numbers — no agenda, no jargon, no advice. Just publicly available data, explained plainly. Everything I publish is based on my own research and understanding, drawn from primary Australian sources. I’m always learning, and if something I’ve written is wrong or outdated, I genuinely want to know.
Fenro is owned and operated by Shubham Bhardwaj (ABN: 47169899679), Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
